By accessing or using Lumi AI ("the App"), you agree to these legally binding terms. If you don't agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Requirements
You Must:​

• Provide accurate registration information

• Maintain account security (you're responsible for all activity)

Prohibited Conduct Includes:
✖ Sharing accounts
✖ Reverse-engineering the App
✖ Automated scraping/bot usage

3. Subscription & Payments

• Free Trial: Automatically converts to paid subscription unless canceled

• Renewals: Charged automatically each billing cycle

• Cancellation: Must complete 24hrs before renewal date

• Refunds: Generally not provided for used subscription periods

4. Intellectual Property

• We Own: All App content, algorithms, and interfaces

• You Own: Your original user-generated content

• License: We may use anonymized data to improve services

5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to upload content that:
❌ Violates copyrights
❌ Contains hate speech or harassment
❌ Shares personal information of others

6. Disclaimers

• "As-is" service with no guaranteed outcomes

• Not liable for:

  • Internet/device issues

  • Third-party integrations

  • Indirect damages (lost time, opportunities)

7. Termination Policy
We may suspend accounts for:
🔴 Payment failures
🔴 Terms violations
🔴 Inactivity exceeding 12 months

8. Dispute Resolution

1. Negotiation Period: 30-day good faith discussion

2. Binding Arbitration: If unresolved (AAA rules apply)

3. No Class Actions permitted

9. Modifications
We may update these terms with:

• 30-day notice for major changes

• Immediate updates for legal compliance
